At Gabriel Pediatrics we know expectant parents have many questions prior to the birth of their baby. We recommend scheduling a prenatal consultation to view our offices, meet our staff and discuss any questions or concerns that you may have with our physicians. Our prenatal consultations are offered by appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings in our office at no cost. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment.

Once you have chosen us as your pediatrician you do not need to contact our office. Simply inform your OB/GYN prior to delivery that you have selected Gabriel Pediatrics and the hospital will notify us of your child's birth. One of our physicians will come see your baby within 24 hours. During these hospital visits, the doctor will ensure your newborn baby is healthy by performing several physical examinations, reviewing labs, monitoring the baby's weight and jaundice level, among other things. If you are delivering in a hospital other than the following we encourage you to schedule an appointment in our office within 2-3 days of discharge from the hospital.

Important Note for Parents:
It is extremely important that you add your new baby to your insurance policy once your baby is born. Most insurance plans have a 30 day grace period for newborns to be added to the policy. Once the grace period has expired if the baby is not added the parent will be responsible for charges incurred. Please remember to bring your insurance card, copay, and patient forms to your first visit.
